As he did before the last Berlin elections, Dr. Johannes Bohnen analyzed the election posters of the most important parties for BILD and B.Z. Berlin; this time with our consultant Virginia Christochowitz.
In brief terms, one can say that the CDU/CSU and the Greens are moving toward each other in terms of their desired image (more freshness here, more gravitas there), the SPD is going for a feel-good campaign, the FDP remains visually shrill and optimistic about progress in terms of content, the Left Party is factual and visually pale, while the AfD is spreading populist exaggerations.
